Fr. Spyropoulos served at the cathedral from 1929 – 1936. After leaving Annunciation Fr. Spyropoulos was transferred to San Diego were he played an instrumental role in the development of the St. Spyridon community. After he retired Fr. Spyropoulos spent several years in the San Francisco area before moving back to Greece.
