Terms and Conditions*

To ensure a pleasant and successful weekend for all involved, all vendors participating in the San Francisco Greek Food Festival hosted by the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Cathedral are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner and agree to the following terms.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;The Festival will take place at Annunciation Cathedral on Friday, September 18, from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM; Saturday, September 19, from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM; and Sunday, September 20, from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Vendors who are accepted agree to occupy their assigned space during festival hours and to remain open and staffed throughout the duration of the event.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Vendor space assignments are determined by the Festival Committee in its sole discretion and in the best interests of the Festival. Acceptance into the Festival does not guarantee participation in future years. Vendor spaces are generally assigned on a first-come, first-served basis based on completed applications and payment.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Vendors may not distribute or sell food or beverages, including packaged items or candy, without prior approval from the Festival Committee. Any vendor approved to distribute food or beverages must provide proof of a valid Food Handler’s license and comply with all applicable food safety regulations.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;All vendor displays, merchandise, equipment, and personnel must remain within the assigned booth space. Each vendor space will include either one 6-foot table with up to two chairs or two 6-foot tables with up to three chairs, depending on the selected option and availability. The Festival is not obligated to provide additional equipment or services. Vendors are responsible for the delivery, setup, operation, and removal of their displays and equipment.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Amplified music and solicitation in walkways are not permitted. Vendors may not sublet, share, or transfer their assigned space without prior written approval from the Festival Committee.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, fire codes, health regulations, and public safety requirements. Nothing may be nailed, stapled, taped, or otherwise attached to community or private property.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Vendors must maintain any required business licenses, permits, and insurance necessary for their operations. The Festival is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property at any time during setup, operation, or breakdown of the event.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;The Festival is a rain-or-shine event. The Festival Committee will not be liable for refunds or any other damages resulting from cancellation or disruption caused by weather, acts of nature, government regulations, or any circumstances beyond the Festival’s control.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Payment terms require a 50% deposit with the vendor application. Applications submitted without the required deposit and completed forms may not be considered. Checks will be deposited upon acceptance. The remaining balance must be paid in full by the deadline established by the Festival Committee in order to secure vendor space. All payments are non-refundable.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Vendors must obtain written permission from the Festival Committee before using the Festival name, logo, or any materials from the Festival website in connection with their business or promotional activities.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Vendors agree that the Festival may use photos of vendor booths, products, and application materials for promotional and marketing purposes related to the event.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the vendor and the Festival. Any modifications or amendments must be approved in writing by the Festival Committee.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;By submitting this application, the vendor confirms that they have read and agree to abide by all Festival rules and conditions and understand that participation is subject to approval by the Festival Committee.
